Terms of Use

1. The service

Masaway provides AI-generated travel planning, route suggestions, maps, navigation tools, and related trip features. AI output, prices, opening hours, availability, weather, transit, safety information, and third-party listings may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify important information with the relevant venue, carrier, authority, or provider before acting.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes all in-app purchases. Prices and billing periods shown by the App Store at confirmation control. Consumable purchases may provide one navigation unlock, one Trip Credit, or a pack of Trip Credits as identified in the purchase screen. Consumables are not automatically restorable by Apple; Masaway links server-confirmed purchase benefits to the Apple-linked purchase owner where available.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the Apple Account and manages renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Features and allowances included in a subscription are shown in the app before purchase.

3. Launch offer

The launch offer must be activated in the app by 30 September 2026 at 23:59:59 Israel time, as determined by the Masaway server. An eligible installation receives three promotional Trip Credits valid for 12 calendar months from activation. Previously created trips remain available after promotional credits expire.

Four route variants for the same trip count as one trip. Navigation and saved offline instructions for a promotional trip are a separate purchase, currently offered at $0.99 or the localized App Store price. The offer is limited to one claim per eligible server-verified identity and may be withheld or revoked in cases of abuse, automation, duplicate claims, or payment fraud.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass purchase or security controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users, infringe rights, or use Masaway for unlawful, dangerous, or fraudulent activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

5. Third-party services

Maps, events, tickets, accommodation, insurance, connectivity, transportation, and other external services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Masaway may receive an affiliate commission after a qualifying external purchase, without increasing the price charged by Masaway.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masaway is not responsible for decisions made solely from AI output, changes made by third-party providers, or indirect losses caused by unavailable or inaccurate external information.
